Let yourself be beaten and undermined.
Let what is wrong be done to you,
but don't do these things unto others.
Feel your blood stream down your skin;
let their degrading words pierce your ears.
Supress!
Supress it all!
Don't tell anyone,
they won't care.
You aren't defenseless! Just walk away!
It's not that difficult.
But it is difficult!
You can't
walk away
on bruised and broken legs.
You can't
function when
the only words you know are
scum, shit, and dirt.
Stop it! Stop it!
Make it end; terminate it!--
the hitting, spitting, and derision.
You'll feel better knowing that
they will feel ashamed for
what they have done.
They will bathe in their remorse--
bask in their sorrow--
be submerrged in their regret.
Separate yourself
from their demonic spirits.
Don't partake
in their devilish deeds.
Seclude yourself
from their childish quarrels.
Be your own and not theirs.
